Confirmation Parent Information Meeting

We will be hosting a Parent Information meeting on Monday, September 15th at 7 PM in the Dining Room. During this meeting we will walk through the Confirmation preparation process for this year and have time to answer questions. We look forward to meeting with you at our upcoming Parent Info Night!

Are you planning to help coach your child's team, volunteer/chaperone at any St. Stephen the Martyr event or archdiocesan event, help sub in your child's Rel Ed Class, or become a liturgy volunteer? Please take the training. It only takes a couple hours, and the training is good for six years. You will be ready to help when needed!

Grades K-8

Please join us for our first practice on Thursday, September 18th from 6-6:45 pm in the church. Schedules will be available that night and emailed to each family as our way of checking to see if we have the correct email addresses.

All information for our Children's Choir will be sent by email. Each Monday you will get a weekly update email. Let us know if you do not receive those. Any changes in the schedule or weather related information will also be given by email.

Thank you for being patient with the craziness of the first two weeks of classes. It is so exciting to have all the students back. For safety measures, we do ask that you follow the notes below.

Parents please stay in the commons till the final bell rings before walking to your child's classroom to pick them up.
If you need to grab a child early, stop in to the office and we will call them down to the office to meet you.
Students in PreK, 1st & 2nd must wait in the classroom with our volunteers until a parent or sibling comes to pick them up.
If your child will be absent, please call us at 402-896-5683 or email RE.attendance@stephen.org. If we do not receive a prior notice we will call you to verify the absence.

The Parent Handbook is available online and we also have copies in our office available to pick up if you would like a hard copy. This handbook covers covers all our requirements, curriculum information, and safety measures we have in place.
